I have battled with my weight on and off from my high school years through adulthood.  At the age of 29, I found myself at the end of an eight year marriage with a man that I’d been with since I was 16.  At that point in my life I felt as if I was losing everything that I had built over the last decade.  I found myself depressed and looking for ways to improve my life, so I began my weight loss journey.  I began working out twice a day and watching what I ate.  I lost 70 pounds over the course of a year.  I continued on for a while working out, maintaining my weight loss, and portion controlling my meals.  I then found myself becoming relaxed on my habits and before I knew it I have regained 30 pounds.  I was again unhappy in the body that I was in and I began looking for resources to help me regain control.  I was in search of a program, someone to hold me accountable for my goals of weight loss and healthier eating.  My cousin began working with Shamere and referred me to her.  I started with Shamere on her 21 day challenge which included meal planning and fitness guidance along with nutrition coaching.  During the course of the program Shamere was there 100%.  She was quick to respond with any questions that anyone in the group had, and encouraged group participation and interaction to encourage each other as we all went through the program.  Over the course of the program I lost 9 pounds and 10 inches overall.  It was an awesome experience and that was a year ago.  I’ve continued to work with Shamere over the past year as I continue of my weight loss journey.  I live by her motto, “Healthy Living is not a fad”.

Allowing Shamere, to be my nutrition coach was the best decision I've made in my life style change journey.  She provided the grocery list, meal plans and exercise I needed to this so much easier.  She was always available when I needed with positive solutions to whatever stumbling block I came across.  I am proud to say I've lost 12lbs and will continue to keep losing.  Thank you Shamere, you are a true blessing.
I had hit a point in my life where I was still trying to lose weight. I had tried different plans. They worked but for only for a short period of time. I became very bored with the diets. I ran across a young lady I knew that was letting friends know that she did healthy living plans so I decided to try. I am so happy I did. It was an easy plan to follow and very cost effective. I broke my comfort zones and started eating foods that I never thought I would eat. After the first 21 days, I lost 7 pounds and 5 inches of my waist. Shamere Young is awesome at her gift!! I didn't regret my decision and I am still following the plan to this day and my weight is still going down. If you are at a stand still with your weight, give Shamere's plan a try.

I struggled with bad eating habits and  weight gain for many years after having 3 kids. I  felt defeated,  helpless, depressed, and like a failure because I couldn't control my weight. I was at my all time high 198 lbs after my 3rd baby and I was disgusted with myself when I looked in the mirror, until I reached out and accepted the guidance and support from Shamere. Now I am a healthier 168 lbs and several inches down.
