Having a family with 3 busy boys does not leave for much down time, so I love having quick, easy, healthy recipes to use/try for the house. These tend to come in handy the most mid-week, when that meal you expected to last 2-3 days only lasted 1-2 days 🙁

So on Wednesday night, I re-created a recipe that Kraft had in a magazine a while ago, and it turned out GREAT!. It literally took me 25 minutes, including prep, to do this meal. I was even able to do flash cards with my 4 year old while the process was underway. #winning

I hope you all try this recipe out, and let me know how you like it. Tag me on Instagram or Facebook!!

Instructions
  1. Prepare pasta as normal. Do add a little salt to the water to ensure pasta is not fresh tasting. Drain once pasta is done and leave 1/2 cup liquid for later
  2. Put a pan on medium heat, and spray pan with Pam non-stick spray. Add the fresh turkey sausage links, and allow them to cook all the way through.
  3. Once the sausage is cooked, remove the pan from the heat, and slice the links. Then place the pan back on the heat.
  4. Cook for 1 minute more, and add the fresh minced garlic, then stir.
  5. Add remaining ingredients of spinach, pasta shells, reserve liquid, and salad dressing. Stir and once the spinach starts to wilt down some, turn the heat off.
  6. Plate and top with fresh parmesan cheese! (My kids love cheese) Enjoy!!
